StabFin is the Most Versatile Underwater Video Stabilizing System.

This patent-pending design guarantees that your waterproof video recorder or waterproof camera will not spin underwater. StabFin helps your recording device track straight underwater.

StabFin is Versatile. Unlike all other systems, StabFin works with a myriad of compact underwater video recorders and cameras such as GoPro, Contour, BulletHD, etc. StabFin will work with most compact underwater video recorder or cameras.

StabFin is Modular. Weights can be added or removed, depending on the water current or your drifting speed. Fine-tuning is also possible since the weights can be repositioned to change the center of gravity (forward or backward and top or bottom. The rudder fin can also be positioned either vertically or horizontally, depending on your application.

StabFin is Built Strong. The swivels we use are rated at over 250lbs. During our tests, the eyebolts did not pull out of the embedded bolts despite over 300lbs of pulling pressure.

StabFin is Stealthy. Clear Plexiglass is used for both the rudder and the rod. While not completely invisible, it is the least “intrusive” system. Our videos show that fish and other sea creatures did not appear “threatened” but rather curious about it.
